The ideal "KIT" for department's who train on firefighter escape / bailout or other training that requires a redundant belay.

- (2) pieces of 1" Tubular Webbing

For the redundant harness requirement during training, a common option is to place each student firefighter in a hasty harness. This can easily be done with a 30-foot piece of 1" tubular webbing (see below Related Items) and tied with a water knot. This is acceptable under the new New York State Escape Systems law. This is an easiler, quicker and less expensive way to successfully provide escape systems training and has been used by All Hands Fire Equipment instructors during escape systems classes since 2006.
