Simply drag the Bridgehill Forklift Fire Blanket over the fire to immediately isolate the flames and fumes. The fire will soon extinguish due to lack of oxygen. In lithium batteries, the fire will continue to burn even without oxygen or treatment with normal fire extinguishers; the Bridgehill Forklift Fire Blanket enables you to isolate the fire until the battery can be flooded with water. We recommend that our fire blankets are removed from the vehicle or machinery by professional firefighters only.
