TC-1X is the preferred cleaner for the maritime industry. Worldwide shipping companies and barge operations have used this technology to comply with wastewater regulations.

The product works extremely well where oily water separators are in place aboard ship. TC-1Xis an oil/grease demulsifier. Therefore, when used as a cleaner, the residue will enter the bilge. It will then cause the oils and grease to rise. The activated separator system will then remove high concentration of oil and grease suspension into the oil storage tank. The overboard discharge of oil and grease particles will be extremely low.

SUGGESTED USES

• *Engine room 
• *Mop, brush, foam or spray a 1:5 solution. Allow a few minutes to penetrate, then rinse with potable water 
• *Bilge cleaning
• *For fast cleaning results (3-4 days) pour 2-3 five gallon containers of TC-1at a dilution rate of 1:5 into the bilge. By priming these areas the oily water separator will skim off the oil sooner. 
• *Lube oil strainers and plates
• *Soak in a 1:5 solution in order to clean carbon buildup. 
• *Mops and brushes
• *Soak in a 1:5 solution and rinse off residue with hot or cold water.
