All Hands Fire Equipment offers training programs that are presented in a professional, informative and affordable manner. Classes are provided by experienced and qualified instructors. Our comprehensive programs are applicable to firefighters, public safety, industrial fire brigades, businesses and related fields. We travel nation-wide to your jurisdiction, your academy, your facility or desired training site and we are fully insured.

Confined Space Entry: A 6-8 hour class designed for industry and
workers who are tasked with making safe, confined space entries. Classroom and practical training session
emphasize the roles of entrant, attendant and entry supervisor.
Confined Space Rescue – Awareness: Awareness courses cover identification, hazards and how to keep first responders safe on the scene of a confined space emergency. Initial company actions are covered.; 2 hour lecture
Confined Space Rescue –NFPA Level I and Level II: Level I (24 hours) and Level II (16 hours) courses include the confined space entry program in addition to rope rescue systems, supplied air, air monitoring and more. 40 hours. Limited to 20 students.
Responder Safety: This two hour course is designed for firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics and all first responders. Construction and industrial sites are popping up in many communities, and others are aging and being altered. First responders are now routinely called to these sites for medical, trauma and rescue services. Lecture and guided discussion will keep students interested in scene safety, accident statistics, causes, personal protective equipment and case studies. In addition, discussion of what responders should and shouldn’t do at these sites will be active in review of typical scene photographs. The overall idea is to keep all responders safe!
Rope Rescue – NFPA Level I and Level II: Level I (40 hours) and Level II (32 hours) courses include the classroom and practical skills so that your members meet the “Job Performance Requirements” (skills needed to perform) as outlined in NFPA 1006. 72 hours. Limited to 20 students.
Work at Height / Fall Arrest System Training: A four hour course that covers the ABCs of fall protection, system components, fall clearance calculations, how to minimize fall forces, equipment inspection, cleaning, and storage. In addition we
cover what to do after a fall occurs. There is a practical component to the course where employees are fit tested with their harness and get their hands on all the components.
Truck Company Operations: This class is designed to be a "Back to the Basics" refresher class. The content of this class targets the fundamentals of basic truck company operations, including but not limited to ventilation, laddering, forcible entry, search & rescue, salvage and utility control. We also cover "tools / tricks of the trade", providing students with a unique look
at their tools and intended uses.
Forcible Entry: Conventional, through the lock, rabbit hydra rams and more. A lecture covering the different types of problems we face in the street, followed by hands on evolutions with our forcible entry training simulator - the most realistic simulator we have ever seen. Perfect for a drill night, but can be expanded to a longer course or combined with truck company operations, search and rescue or others.
Large Area Search / Rope Assisted Search: Four hour course covering the equipment and techniques needed to safely perform a large area or rope assisted search. One hour lecture followed by hands on teaching and scenarios. This course is a must for any FAST/RIT team or company responsible for search.
Trench Rescue – Awareness: Awareness courses cover identification, hazards, and how to keep first responders safe on the scene of a trench rescue. Initial company actions are covered. 3-4 hours.
Trench Rescue –NFPA Level I, Level II: Level I (16 hours) and Level II (16 hours) courses cover basic and advanced shoring techniques, ventilation, air monitoring, patient removal, and lifting heavy loads. 32 hours. Limited to 20 students.
Building Collapse – Awareness: Awareness basic 2-3 hour classroom session.
Building Collapse - NFPA Level I & II: Level 1 and Level II (overall 48 hours) Customized building collapse courses for your department’s level of response and tool cache. The awareness course focuses on buildings that collapse under fire conditions.
Torch / Tools Training: Course covers the different types of torches / tools your department carries and how to inspect, maintain, and operate the torches / tools properly. Special focus on the Petrogen torch is available for those departments who have one. All torch classes have significant hands on time, and cover the different types of cuts and when to use them.
Ice Rescue – Awareness: Awareness courses cover hazards and pitfalls that first responders see when faced with an ice rescue. This course emphasizes responder safety.
Ice Rescue – NFPA Level I and II: Level I (8 hours) and Level II (8 hours) training covers ice formation, types, equipment, shore, boat and go based rescues. 16-24 hours. Limited to 20 students.
Water Rescue – Awareness, NFPA Level I and II: Awareness courses cover hazards and pitfalls that first responders see when faced with an ice rescue. This course emphasizes responder safety.
Calling the Mayday: The National Fire Academy course on Calling the Mayday. This course offers multiple props that the firefighter must learn to work through. It is very challenging, but is presented in a encouraging manner by experienced firefighters and fire officers.
Fire Extinguisher: Customized fire extinguisher courses are available depending on your hazards and needs. From fire scenarios to fire simulators, we have the capability of providing you with the training you need.
