ELECTRICALLY NON-CONDUCTIVE BOLT CUTTERS:
Like our regular bolt cutters, but with yellow fiberglass handles and celtex grips. The fiberglass handles will withstand 25,000 volts per inch. Will cut non heat treated steel. Width depends on size of bolt cutter.
