Waist length waterproof/breathable jacket made of Stedair EMS outer shell. Thinsulate™ removable liner. Two front pockets with fleece lined hand warmers. Elasticized waistband, adjustable cuffs and athletic cut sleeves. 2" Silver Scotchlite™ Reflective material. NFPA 1999, 2003 edition certified
