The RAPTOR is a long duration breathable drysuit designed for flood, swiftwater and other water rescue missions. Based on the field-proven OSPREY drysuit the RAPTOR’s improved design incorporates additional features. Overall the RAPTOR provides for a comfortable stand-by mode while offering protection in unpredictable environments.
The Aqua Lung Raptor drysuit is the only breathable rescue drysuit which incorporates an auto-dump valve. This allows the responder to be quicker in the water since they don’t need to burp the drysuit before and after entering the water to remove trapped air.
The Raptor allows the responder to tighten the adjustable neckseal, jump in, and start swimming. The rear of the neck location allows for auto dumping while swimming to the victim. Auto means you never need to think about it leading to a faster, drier, response since there is no chance of water entering the suit while burping in the water through the neckseal.

My entire team of 65 Members is outfitted with the Aqua Lung Raptor suit and so far, they have been fantastic. The one-way exhaust valve works great in the event you weren't able to burp all of the air out of the suit prior to entering the water. The suit fabric has held up great. Overall, I highly recommend this suit.
