Bailout! Firefighter Escape System Training - Open Enrollment

This program is the "manufacturer recognized" training session for the Petzl EXO, Petzl EXO-AP, Sterling F4, Sterling FCX, Fire Innovations CORE, CMC LEVR, RIT P.R.E.S.S. and/or the DEUS (Skylotec) Rescue System.  We have also trained student on other systems not listed.  

The Firefighter Escape System Basic End User program consists of a classroom session with written test, system and harness fitting, gear inspection, ground skill stations and hands-on bailout jumps from height at variety levels of difficulty. 

The Firefighter Escape System Refresher program consists of a system and harness inspection, review of the bailout process, ground skill stations and then (4) bailout jumps at varied levels of difficulty. 

Date:  Saturday, March 27, 2021  
Time:  Basic End User training session starts promptly at 8:00 am and is a full day session. The Refresher session also starts at 8:00 am and usually runs until 11:00 am.  

These two programs will be conducted at the All Hands Fire Training Center located at 7 Third Avenue, Neptune City, New Jersey 07753   

Price:  Basic End User Class (Full Day) - $105.00 
Price:  Annual Refresher (Half Day) - $35.00 

Prerequisite:  Participants must be Firefighter 1 certified and S.C.B.A. certified.  All students must have full turnout gear and PPE, S.C.B.A. with full cylinder, their personal escape system and harness. 

Important:  This class is designed to prepare firefighters for how to rapidly escape from of an upper floor window using a rope system in the event that all exits/egress have been cut off by fire or collapse.  This program is physically demanding.  Students must be capable of completing strenuous skills, actions and scenarios.  It is the students/customers responsibility to ensure that all particpant(s) are physically capable, medically cleared, and fit to participate in this training.  Students with preexisting injuries, including but not limited to back, neck, shoulder, etc. should be aware that many of the actions performed in this class can potentially aggravate or re-injure the student.  The customer/student(s) with a preexisting injury should give their attendance serious consideration, while remaining cognizant of the the requirements of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) law and regulations.

All students will be required to sign a hold-harmless waiver prior to participating in the class

This training is voluntary. 

Escape Systems are available to rent for an additional cost.
