• Gross vehicle weight rating 7,350 lbs. Maximum carry capacity approximately 5,000 lbs.
• Two 3,500 lbs. submersible torsion axles with sure lube bearing system
• 12,000 lbs. Warn electric winch a synthetic rope and a battery for raising and lowering the top trailer. The battery will charge with the battery for the lights and also the truck’s 12v.
• This trailer will be a maximum of 20’ rectangle frame plus 4’ A frame and a max LOA of 26’
• All wheel self-adjusting electric drum brakes
• Bottom frame constructed out of a 6” C-channel steel and the top frame constructed out of a 4” C-channel steel

• 12 Volt power package which includes: deep cycle battery mounted in a 14” x 12” x 16” aluminum diamond plate lockable tool box with onboard maintainer and external plug socket
  • This battery will power accessory lights and will get a trickle charge from the truck’s 12V constant power

• Composite (fake plywood) around the bunking to protect the boat’s hull and as well provide safer walking area

• The front supports from the bottom trailer to the top trailer are a structural ladder so you can climb up the ladder to the top frame
• PPG Delfleet polyurethane paint with epoxy primer, then a coat of paint, and the final coat is a combination of color and clear coat – color choices to be black or grey
