The E.T.R (Emergency Tactical Response) Active Shooter Kit is designed to provide the 1st Responder with basic but essential equipment to stop life-threatening bleeding. With three styles to choose from, the Active Shooter kit includes the quick, simple and effective S.T.A.T. tourniquet. The S.T.A.T. tourniquet features a built-in timer, one-hand application, precision tightening, and finger release lever and is pediatric applicable too.

The Molle Pouch carries the basic EMS equipment and supplies. It can strap to backpacks, EMS/Police bicycles, belts, gurneys, etc. The Molle Pouch also has a side-carrying handle and is small enough for small spaces such as cargo pockets and vehicle compartments. It's excellent for EMS, Tactical or Law Enforcement.
