The Petzl ASAP'SORBER energy absorber is designed for work at height and is used in combination with an ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester. It allows users to work at a distance from the rope to help protect the rope during certain work phases.

The absorber features tear-webbing inside a pouch that opens and can be replaced, protecting the system from abrasion. The ASAP'SORBER is available in two lengths to provide the best balance between reduced fall distance and working distance from the rope.
