Affordable Bailout Prop by Affordable Drill Towers

The Affordable Bailout Prop will allow your members to train and practice Window Bailout, Ladder Bailout, VES, and Escape Techniques. With an elevated platform on heavy-duty dual locking 12" Casters, you can train in your parking lot on a sunny day, or on your apparatus floor in inclement weather.

The window sill height is approximately 7'6" above grade (above the floor). The sill is constructed of 2"x10" nominal lumber and is held in place with multiple carriage bolts. As the sill becomes worn, remove the carriage bolts and replace the sill.

The Wall Panel is constructed of 1” x 6’ pressure treated planking. Each plank is easily replaceable.

The top of the window opening (the window header and horizontal steel support bar) is designed for you to wrap your safety device around.

The window framing is constructed of pressure treated 4" x 4" lumber and secured to the galvanized high-strength steel framing.
