PGI Cobra Ultimate Para-Tek FR Tri-Blend Firefighting Hood
Cobra™ Ultimate™ hoods are double ply and feature extra-long length that covers head, chest, shoulders and shoulder blades for enhanced protection. Flat-stitched seams eliminate bunching and won’t dig into skin. A half inch wide elastic face opening stretches to full 16" to ensure a snug fit around most SCBA masks. UL Classified to NFPA 1971 Standard on Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting – Current Edition.
Fabric Description:
PGI's proprietary tri-blend of Lenzing FR®, high strength para-aramid and high tenacity nylon. This superb flame resistant fiber combination offers an outstanding TPP rating, arc flash protection and excellent moisture absorbency.
Features:
- Designed for maximum protection.
- Double layer coverage of head, neck, chest and shoulder blades.
- Gusset at side seams add additional coverage at top of shoulders and is patterned to reduce bib from bunching in front and back.
- Bib length from below face opening is 12½".
- Length top to bottom, front to back approximately 21½".
- UL Classified to NFPA 1971 Standard on Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting — Current Edition.
